Privacy policy

How personal information is used when you visit kiperr.com or use Kiperr on the web, mobile or desktop.

Updated 16 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

Kiperr is operated by Joao Daniel Azevedo Da Silva, NIF 267666748, at Rua americo jesus fernandes - Olivais - Lisboa - 1800-023 Portugal. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@kiperr.com. This policy covers kiperr.com, kiperr.si and the Kiperr applications.

2. Information processed

Account information includes your name, email address, authentication records and account settings. Using the service creates conversations, instructions, agent configurations, memories, task results and usage records. Files, images, voice recordings and transcriptions are processed when you provide them or use the corresponding feature. Connected services can provide information and access tokens within the permissions you grant. Technical information includes IP addresses, device and app information, session identifiers, errors and service logs. Billing records can include your plan, purchase and subscription identifiers, transaction status and billing details. Messages you send to support are also processed.

3. Why information is used

Account and workspace data are used to provide access, run your agents, retain working context, perform requested tasks, deliver notifications and manage purchases and support. This processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security and diagnostic records support the legitimate interests of protecting accounts, preventing abuse, investigating errors and maintaining reliable services. Billing and related records also serve applicable legal and accounting obligations. Where a feature requires consent, you can withdraw it; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Information required to create an account or carry out a requested task must be provided for that feature to work.

4. AI processing and connected services

Kiperr sends the instructions, conversation context and relevant files or tool results needed for a task to the AI provider serving that task. Requests may be routed through OpenRouter or a provider configured for the workspace. Using an integration can send data to the service you connect, directly or through integration providers such as Composio or Pipedream. The data involved depends on your permissions and the actions requested. Provider processing and retention also depend on the provider and configuration; do not assume every model offers zero retention. Review the provider terms before sending confidential or sensitive information. AI results can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

5. Other recipients

Hosting, storage, communications and technical service providers process information needed to operate Kiperr. Polar handles purchases made through its checkout. If a purchase is made through Apple or Microsoft, the relevant store handles the transaction under its own policies. Push delivery can involve Expo and the operating-system notification service. Workspace members can access content shared with them according to workspace permissions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Device permissions and local storage

Camera, photo, file, microphone and notification access depends on the feature and your device permissions. You can manage permissions in your device settings; disabling one can prevent the associated feature from working. The website stores a language preference locally. The apps use session and preference storage to keep you signed in and retain settings. Clearing storage may sign you out or reset preferences. The website product demonstration uses example conversations; it is not your live workspace.

7. Storage and retention

Account and workspace information is retained while it is needed to provide your account, conversation history, agent memory and requested services. Deletion requests, the purpose of each record, unresolved support issues, security investigations, applicable record-keeping requirements and legal claims determine whether particular records must be retained longer. Billing and accounting records can remain after account deletion where the law requires them. Backup copies and third-party records can follow separate retention cycles. Contact support@kiperr.com for retention information about a particular category of data or provider.

8. Security and international processing

The service uses HTTPS connections, authentication and access controls to protect access to data. No system can guarantee absolute security. Infrastructure, model providers and connected services may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer requirements must be met, using an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards where required. You can request information about the recipients, processing locations and applicable safeguards at support@kiperr.com.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Send requests to support@kiperr.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed. Requests are handled within the applicable legal time limit, generally one month under the GDPR, with any permitted extension explained. You may complain to your local data protection authority or Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados at www.cnpd.pt.

10. Delete your account

In the Kiperr mobile app, open Account and choose Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion initiates removal of the account and associated bots, conversations, memories, files and saved connections, subject to the retention exceptions above. You can also request assistance at support@kiperr.com. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily remove information already sent to its provider. Check and cancel any subscription with the provider that bills you; deleting an account does not by itself cancel an Apple or Microsoft store subscription.

11. Workspaces and information about other people

If you use Kiperr for an organisation, its administrator may manage your workspace access and shared content. The organisation may determine how personal data in its tasks is used; contact that organisation for requests relating to that data. Only provide information you are entitled to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information or information about children unless you have an appropriate lawful basis and the necessary protections. Contact support if you believe information has been provided improperly.

12. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as features, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Privacy and support: support@kiperr.com. Billing and refunds: Finance@kiperr.com.
